Sparkle Dun – Trico (Male)

The Sparkle Dun – Trico (Male) is a technical dry fly designed for selective trout feeding during early-morning Trico activity. Its low-riding profile, slim dark body, and trailing shuck create a subtle presentation that closely matches the small male Trico.

Unlike high-floating attractor dries, the Sparkle Dun is designed to sit partially in the surface film, creating a natural footprint that's especially effective on slow-moving flats, slick tailouts, and spring creeks. The understated wing profile helps maintain the subtle appearance that selective trout expect during heavy Trico hatches.

When trout are keyed in on small Tricos and refusals start piling up, this is the kind of specialized pattern worth having ready.
