Royal Shrimp

The Royal Shrimp is a high-profile saltwater shrimp pattern built to trigger aggressive eats from Redfish, Speckled Trout, and other inshore predators feeding on fleeing crustaceans.

An extended body and flowing materials create natural swimming movement, while rubber legs and subtle flash accents add contrast and life without overpowering the presentation. The fly strips clean, lands well, and maintains its profile through the retrieve and during pauses.

The Royal Shrimp is especially effective when fish are actively feeding but still expect a natural-looking presentation. Fish it across shallow flats, along grass edges, or through deeper transitions when shrimp are on the menu.

Tied on a Daiichi 2546 size 1/0 hook.
