Designed specifically for tailing, backing, and cruising redfish, Morrill's Redfish Nugget is a compact crab-style pattern built for sight-fishing situations. The deer-hair head pushes water and creates a noticeable profile, making it particularly useful when you're fishing dirty or stained water where vibration and presence can help fish locate the fly.
The pattern is available in #2, with MFC listing Black/Purple, Blue Crab, and Fiddler variants.

Uptide Take This is a redfish fly built around a simple idea: make enough commotion for the fish to find it. The Redfish Nugget is especially useful when you're sight-fishing in dirtier water and need a fly that doesn't disappear.
