A specialized saltwater shrimp pattern designed for flats fishing, the MFC Small Arm Shrimp combines a slender shrimp profile with the distinctive “arm” feature of the Strong-Arm Merkin. That extra appendage gives the fly a unique silhouette and movement that can help trigger fish when more conventional shrimp patterns aren't getting it done. MFC offers the pattern in Olive, Orange, Tan, and White, with sizes including #2, #4, #6, #8.

Uptide Take This is a shrimp pattern with a little something different going on. The extended arm gives it a distinctive profile that can be especially useful when permit, bonefish, or triggerfish have seen plenty of standard shrimp patterns.
