MAXXON Line Nipper

A good set of line nippers is one of those small tools you don't want to be without on the water. Maxxon's stainless steel line nippers feature sharp cutting jaws for cleanly trimming mono, copolymer, fly line and even 30-pound braid. A protected hook eye spike on the opposite end helps clear blocked hook eyes caused by material or adhesive.

The textured grip provides a secure hold, while the included bead chain makes it easy to keep the nippers attached and within reach.

Uptide Take

Line nippers are one of those tools you reach for constantly. The built-in hook eye spike is a nice bonus, especially when a little glue or material gets in the way of tying on your next fly.
