Light Cahill

The Light Cahill is a timeless dry fly designed to imitate pale-bodied mayfly adults. Its creamy-yellow body, upright wings, and light hackle create a subtle, natural presentation that works especially well when trout are feeding on lighter-colored insects.

It's an excellent match for Pale Evening Duns, Light Hendricksons, and other pale mayflies. The Light Cahill shines in clear water, softer light, and slower currents where trout have more time to inspect a fly.

Whether you're matching a spring hatch or prospecting through the warmer months, this classic pattern remains a reliable choice for trout.
