Cheeky PreLoad 2.0 Fly Reel

The Cheeky PreLoad 2.0 is a ready-to-fish fly reel designed to take the hassle out of getting a new setup on the water. Each reel comes preloaded with Cheeky’s 20 lb B2 backing, a specially designed WF floating fly line, and a 9-foot loop-to-loop tapered leader, so there’s no spooling or rigging required.

The new CNC-machined frame uses a blade design to reduce weight while maintaining structural strength. Cheeky’s S-Power Drag System uses a stacked alternating-disc design to provide smooth startup with no detectable startup inertia and plenty of stopping power when a fish makes a run.

The PreLoad 2.0 is built around convenience without sacrificing the performance you'd expect from a serious fly reel. A quick-change spool, silent retrieve, notched spool cap, and easy left- or right-hand conversion make it a straightforward option for anglers who want to spend less time getting rigged and more time fishing. Available in Lunar and Moonstone.
